The property is set over three floors and 270m2 of floor area and comfortably sleeps 10 to 12 guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms. This elevated setting affords magnificent views across the valley and the adjacent ski slopes of the Perrières sector. This picturesque outlook is the perfect backdrop for your ski holiday.
The chalet is accessed via a private drive with a choice of two entrances, either through the main front door or the conveniently positioned ski room. The ground floor is shared between entertaining, relaxation and a peaceful night’s sleep. The comfortable cinema room and the spa with sauna, hammam and treatment room, sits alongside three double en-suite bedrooms, one of which also includes a bunk bed. Outside on the terrace the hot tub with stunning views awaits your arrival
Ascending the stairs to the middle floor and the magnificent location the chalet occupies becomes immediately apparent with the panoramic views beaming through the floor to ceiling windows. The inviting open plan living, kitchen and dining area stretch across the floor offering a relaxed ambiance and plentiful space for your group to spread out into and relax.
There are two separate seating areas, one with fireplace, and sliding doors lead out to the wide terrace. To one side there is a beautifully appointed kitchen with comfortable island unit seating and an adjacent dining table seating up to 12 people. At the other end of this floor is a large office space complete with en-suite bathroom which can also be made up as a fifth bedroom.
Up on the top floor the wonderful master suite is tucked away in complete privacy with the whole floor dedicated to this one bedroom. The king size bed is perfectly positioned in the centre of the room and in front of the glass doors which lead out to the private balcony. Add in a dedicated dressing area and a huge en-suite bathroom with a large shower, his and hers sinks and a free-standing bathtub for a truly luxurious experience you may not want to leave!
For any guests driving to resort, there is space for two cars on the driveway plus another in the garage with EV charging.
The chalet is in the “Les Cornus” area of Les Gets, and the resort centre is just a 4-minute drive away. The best way to get to the centre of Les Gets and the ski slopes and lifts is either by car or ski bus. The main snow front, ski lifts and ski school meeting points of Chavannves are a 5-minute driveaway. Likewise the alternative ski lifts and sectors of Mont-Chery and Perrieres are also 5-minute away, depending on where you wish to start your ski day.
The ski bus stop of Route A is located just opposite the chalet, and the stop number is 32 “Les Periades”. On this bus line you can go to the Perrieres ski lift and slopes, continuing to the Chavannes ski lifts, main snow front and ski school meeting points, resort centre and Mont-Chery cable car. You can follow the bus directly with an app (PYSAE), that shows the real time bus location.
Chalet Fika is available to rent on a self-catered chalet basis. It is also possible to arrange an in-resort shuttle service at an additional cost.
